This project was Completed in December 2023,

 

In early October, I was chosen to work with Kingsted, a rising star in the Amazon marketplace known for its high-quality blank t-shirts. At that time, Kingsted was successfully competing with major brands like True Classics and Gildan. Their popularity was skyrocketing, marked by their catchy trademark slogan, “Royally Comfortable.”

 

Despite their success in sales, Kingsted struggled with converting Amazon customers to follow their website and sign up for their email list. To address this, I was brought in to completely refresh their brand image and help build a strong community around their products.

 

The project included designing new logos, taking new photos, and producing stylish new video content aimed at appealing to our target audience. We also launched several new social media channels and crafted detailed media and advertising plans to meet Kingsted’s objectives.

 

The impact of these changes was significant. After launching the new brand strategy, Kingsted saw website visits increase by 50% and email list sign-ups by 75%. This not only boosted their direct engagement but also improved customer return rates by 40%, showing that more customers were coming back to shop again.

 

This project highlights my ability to drive significant business growth through smart marketing and thoughtful brand development. It showcases my dedication to using creative and strategic solutions to enhance customer engagement and loyalty for emerging e-commerce brands.
